UDI SIG Memberships
The Unified Display Interface SIG now offers two levels of affiliation: Contributors and Adopters. For membership at either level, your company should be willing to publicly convey a legitimate business interest in the activities of the UDI SIG and support its specification releases.
CONTRIBUTOR
The Contributor membership is for companies wanting to help determine the UDI's technical parameters.
- Contributor Benefits
- Contributing members of the UDI SIG have a role in defining UDI specifications. Contributing members have first access to the specifications, validations and promotional resources of the SIG. This access can help to ensure your company's leadership role in this market.
- Contributor Requirements
- Contributors must be willing and able to commit resources to help refine SIG specifications and develop the technology. Members must participate in SIG committees, supplying expertise, time and donations.
If you believe your company should be considered for Contributor membership in the Unified Display Interface SIG, please complete this form. The UDI SIG Board will review your application.
ADOPTER
Adopter membership is for any company that expects to manufacture products using the Unified Display Interface technology.
- Adopter Benefits
- UDI adopters will be given access to detailed information about UDI SIG activities prior to public release. You can use this information to design in UDI-compliant interfaces faster than any non-member.
- Adopter Requirements
- Adopters must be able to demonstrate legitimate business interest in the efforts of the UDI SIG. No other resources are required for Adopter membership.
